FUERZA INSTANT COFFEE
The process of preparation of instant coffee starts from rigorous selection of raw materials.
Selected coffee beans are carefully blended and roasted to enhance their aroma and flavor.
Roasted beans are extracted with water to obtain the concentrated coffee extract.
Coffee concentrate is dehydrated in the spray-drying system, yielding a fine powder/spray of agglomerated instant coffee.
Agglomerated powder is steam-compressed, resulting in full-flavored, instantly soluble granulated coffee.
To produce freeze-dried instant coffee, coffee extract is frozen and subsequently dehydrated at low temperature in the high-speed lyophilization system. During lyophilization, water evaporates directly from ice in high vacuum, thus preserving the extract from melting and/or prolonged exposure to the elevated temperatures. Under these conditions instant coffee retains the entire aroma and flavor of the original roasted coffee bean. The grains of freeze-dried coffee have a less porous structure compared with the agglomerated instant coffee and their shape looks more like the faceted crystals.
